Standard Bio
|
Maverick, entrepreneur, catalyst, leader, trouble-maker, sage advisor, change agent. Dr. Linda is all of these. By revealing the invisible patterns in their organizations, Dr. Linda has shown hundreds of executives how to successfully drive organizational performance. Linda is committed to helping senior executives manage the fourth factor -- culture. Her new book, The Fourth Factor: Managing Corporate Culture, was released in October, 2007. consults and speaks on improving business performance.
After earning her undergraduate degree in mathematics, Linda spent fourteen years in large global corporations working in almost every function in the company. She has been successful in field sales, software development, product management, marketing, and line management. She earned her PhD in Human and Organization Systems from the Fielding Graduate University in 1992.
Most recently, in fifteen years of consulting work, Linda has worked with organizations to achieve performance outcomes such as:

Facilitation Style
|
|
Linda's core strengths include
• distilling complex ideas so the group can work with them,
• sensing where the group needs to go to make real progress, and
• setting a pace that's just right for the group.
Her facilitation is laser-focused on the organization's goals for the session, allowing the agenda to serve the objective rather than focusing on the agenda itself. This results-focused style combined with her ability to modify session designs on the fly allows her to achieve extraordinary results with executive teams, boards, complex stakeholder groups and other demanding situations.
Here's what one executive said after working with Linda. "I have worked with hundreds of executives and dozens of consultants throughout my professional career. Linda possesses a skill set that I've not come across prior to meeting her. She sees the big, long term picture, and can zoom it in rapidly so that the organization can long jump rather than step and hop to it."
Linda's new book on corporate culture (The Fourth Factor: Managing Corporate Culture) demonstrates her thought leadership in change management and executive leadership.
