Amir has over 21 years of experience in leadership and organizational development at Procter and Gamble, Sunny Delight Beverages company and other entities he has consulted with. He has had the good fortune of having traveled around the world and having lived in four countries. He has conducted training sessions and facilitated workshops in various locations in the U.S., Far East, and Europe. He has hands on leadership experience with a variety of business situations, including operations management, start-ups, JV partnerships, acquisitions, divestitures, downsizing, ERP system implementation, supply chain management, and Lean Operations. Amir is proficient in using an array of tools and methodologies to facilitate teams through the process of strategy development and deployment, organizational assessment and design, high performance work system development, conflict management, transition management, leveraging diversity, team effectiveness improvement, and much more. Amir has effectively led multi-national and multi-functional teams across the globe and has delivered superior results through his ability to rally teams around a common set of objectives. He has been consistently recognized for his mastery in facilitation and training skills. He has designed and delivered numerous workshops which have been focused on building capability and delivering results. He is also a qualified practitioner/facilitator of methodologies such as Myers-Briggs, gender diversity, Organizational Performance Model, and many more. As an accomplished trainer for courses such as Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Amir has used the material for over 15 years to teach the course in its entirety or design customized sessions aimed at specific organizational objectives. Amir holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and has often been recognized as a right brained engineer who understands technology and knows the human side of what it takes to turn groups of talented people into productive teams that deliver breakthrough results.

Facilitation Style
The greatest gift I have been given is the ability to see the world through other people’s eyes. As I facilitate sessions or deliver training classes, I stay in tune with the participants to help them receive the message and/or deliver their message in a way that others understand it. I gather as much information as necessary on the front end in order to design an effective session. However, I adapt the exact flow of the session to the specific group dynamics or new information that might surface. I have found that sometimes taking a small detour helps the team deal with an issue that might have otherwise kept them from achieving their objective in the allotted time. My energy level is contagious and I use humor wisely to break the ice and help the team deal with tension. I use a variety of tools to keep the sessions interactive. I also ensure that the nature of the discussions and the outcomes of the sessions I facilitate are practical and applicable to real life challenges that the organization faces. I have facilitated sessions and conducted training courses in Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Greece, Thailand, Japan, and multiple regions in the U.S. I have always gotten extremely positive feedback on my ability to communicate across language and cultural boundaries and quickly figure out how to work with the nuances of each specific culture or business situation to help participants not only have an effective session but establish long lasting lines of communication which serve their business well on a going basis.
